The Echo Degrader, from Industrialectric, is a Lo-fi delay that can go from short reverb-like delays to slow crushing distorted repeats (up to 10 seconds). The degrade knob down-samples the input, which produces crazy timbral variation. The tape stability function responds to the character of the input signal, and can produce effects similar to tape warping. The Echo Degrader's feedback settings keep it from ever running away with self oscillation. It keeps it right on the edge, providing a quasi-looper.
